Lockout/Tagout (Isolation of Hazardous Energy)

This course follows guidelines established by OSHA 1910.147. Students learn how to identify hazardous energy sources such as electricity, steam, hydraulic, etc. and how to properly isolate the energy. A discussion of tags, locks, valve boxes, outlet covers, and other systems are demonstrated.
